PJ’s MISSION IS TO EDUCATE AND REHABILITATE PEOPLE THROUGH MOVEMENT. Her fitness journey began as a young adult when she experienced a serious spinal injury. She knew she had to move to restore her spine and find balance in her life. What she went through in her own injuries shaped her path to help others. PJ thinks of herself as a teacher, not a trainer. Rather than simply leading her clients through a workout, she empowers them by teaching the “how” and the “why” behind movement. For decades, PJ has traveled globally, presenting at fitness and sports medicine conferences and training instructors in multiple movement modalities including STOTT PILATES®, TRX®, ZEN•GA® and Fascial Movement. She has also written numerous fitness and therapeutic articles.
